It is not always easy to book a first appointment with a plastic surgeon. That’s why Dr. Jean-François Pascal’s team does everything possible to make you feel confident from the very first moments at the medical office.
To best organise your cosmetic surgery project, simply follow the steps below.
To meet Dr. Pascal for your first visit, you can contact us:
By phone: +33 (0)4 78 24 59 27
By e-mail: contact@docteur-pascal.com
The consultation will take place either:
Consultation days are Thursday and Friday, and the waiting time for a first appointment is approximately 2 to 3 months.
During this first visit, which lasts about one hour, you will be able to discuss the areas of your body you wish to improve, ask all your questions, and share any concerns you may have! Dr. Pascal will be pleased to answer, explain, reassure you, and provide you with full details about your cosmetic surgery.
Finally, he will prepare a detailed and personalised quotation, because each individual is unique and every case is different.
After your first consultation, if you have decided to “take the step,” you will need to contact us to reserve your surgery date. Dr. Pascal operates at Clinique du Parc (69006 Lyon) and performs surgeries on Mondays and Wednesdays.
Once the date is confirmed, we will send you a clinical file by post, which will include:
From a medico-legal standpoint, it is mandatory to meet the anesthesiologist for a consultation before your surgery.
This must take place within the month prior to the intervention and up to 48 hours before it.
On that day, you will need to bring the results of your medical tests and the completed questionnaires.
You will also have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have about anesthesia in plastic surgery.
This is a very important step, often carried out at the office following the appointment with the anesthesiologist.
This meeting takes place with one of Dr. Pascal’s secretaries, and it is at this point that the official documents relating to the intervention are signed, such as the mutual informed consent and the quotation. It is also the day when arrangements are made for ordering the compression garment (if necessary) and when the patient is informed about all postoperative follow-up procedures. Postoperative prescriptions will also be handed over.
If needed, the patient may also have another consultation with Dr. Pascal to ask any final questions and feel reassured before the big day!
